1) Once you get to the home page click on the word "legislation", this will take you to the Senates bills page.

2) Go to the box marked "Session" click on the little arrow and highlight 1999-2000 PRIOR, make sure that remains in the Session box, then click on the box marked "house" and click on the down arrow key and highlight "Senate", make sure this remains in the house box. Then click you mouse arrow in the "bill" box and type in "2140" then click on the button marked search.

3) This will bring up a new page. You will see the word "chaptered" Click on the word "PDF", This will open the bill in the Acrobat Reader. Just keep paging down and you can read the entire bill.
